Thank you for choosing Princess Nail & Lash spa. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service to all of our guests. To help us maintain a smooth schedule and respect the time of both our clients and our technicians, please review our policy guidelines below:
Arriving for Your Appointment: We love starting your service on time! If you are running a little late, just send us a quick text or call to let us know.
Running Behind: We will always do our best to accommodate you. However, if you are running late, we may need to shorten your service slightly or reschedule you so we don't keep the next client waiting.
Notice Requirement: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at your earliest convenience so we can offer the time slot to another client.
Two No-Shows in a Row: If you miss two (2) appointments in a row without letting us know, a $20 deposit will be required to secure your next booking.
Deposit Application: This $20 deposit will be fully applied toward the total cost of your service when you arrive for that next appointment.
Forfeiture: If you no-show for the appointment secured by the deposit, the $20 deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
