IMPORTANT BOOKING POLICY

Advance Notice: Please request your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. We will confirm your appointment by text, email, or phone. If you need an appointment within 24 hours, please call (469) 499-3805.

Arrive Early: Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment to allow time to choose your favorite colors and get settled.

Late, Reschedule, or Cancel: If you're running late or need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. This helps us offer the appointment to another client and respects our nail technicians' time.

No-Show Policy: Missed appointments without notice impact our team. After 2 no-shows, a $20 non-refundable deposit will be required to book future appointments.

  • If you attend your appointment, the $20 deposit will be applied toward your service total.
  • If you miss the appointment without notice, the deposit will be forfeited.

      Group & Special Requests Note

      Before submitting your request, please note:

      • Special Requests: If you have any specific nail designs, custom art, or special accommodations, please detail them in the note box so we can prepare perfectly for you.

      • Group Bookings: If you are booking for multiple people, please specify the total number of guests and how many services each person wants.

      • Kids: If there are children under 11 in your group, please list their ages so we can assign the right technician and ensure they have a great experience.
